The Strata Sled allows you to place shots on target with extreme precision from various front shooting rests that are capable of utilizing 3” wide forearm bags. The sled also allows for excellent stability and front loading pressure against many different types of obstacles that may be encountered in various stages in PRS/Hunter style competitions or while out in the field hunting big game.
The new and improved Quick Release (QR) rail clamp can attach to BOTH Arca or Picatinny rails all in one. No need for extra adapters or swapping clamps for rifles with different rails.
The integral sled rails slide and track nicely on front rest bags, and there are 1/4-20 mounting holes running the entire length of the sled so you can place the rail clamp wherever you like. The rail clamp can be oriented with the QR lever to the right or left side of the rifle.
The sled can be installed, re-positioned, and removed extremely fast with the Quick Release rail clamp.
The new rail clamp also utilizes a QR "lever" instead of a knob like the previous clamp so there is nothing that protrudes beyond the surface area of the sled to the sides when locked down on your rail. No more obstruction caused by the extended side knob, giving you full clearance on PRS/Hunting style shooting bags and BR/F-Open style front rests.
The clamping jaws are fully adjustable to fit any variations in Arca or Picatinny rail widths and the tension of the QR lever is also fully tunable to set it just how you like it. You can make the lever stiff for stronger clamping force, or softer if you are running a course of fire that requires multiple movements of the sled to different positions on the rifle.
Great new bonus feature for ARCA RAILS ONLY: With the sled mounted on your Arca rail, you can open the lever to the 'half-way' position and this loosens the clamp just enough to freely slide the sled up and down the arca rail to any position while remaining attached to the rail. Once you have your position, lock the lever back down. This allows for very fast and secure adjustments without worrying about dropping the sled or having it fall off the rail during repositioning..
Made from rugged 6061-T651 Aluminum for enhanced dimensional stability, 304 Stainless Steel fasteners, and finished in black hard coat anodizing, this sled is sure to serve you reliably in severe weather conditions and stressful shooting situations.
The QR rail clamp has a 3/8-16 threaded hole with 1/4-20” adapter in the center so it can easily be removed from the sled and attached to your favorite shooting tripod or whatever else you choose to do with it.
NOTE: If you have a wide forearm and a picatinny rail with a short height, the clamp may have difficulty clamping without touching the stock since the Picatinny portion of the clamp is below the Arca portion of the clamp. See the last photo before the tech drawing to get a visual idea. If you have a taller thick pic rail, a shorter rifle with a thinner forearm, tactical/PRS style chassis stock, or an AR type platform with pic rails, there should be no issue with clamping.
*EACH SHOOTING SLED INCLUDES ONE ‘STRATA SLED STOP POST’. No need to purchase the Stop Post separately unless you would like an additional post or replacement. The Stop Post can be removed from the sled for shooting as well. Just twist it off the 1/4-20 mounting screw . Next, remove the long stop post mounting screw from the rail clamp, then remove the short screw pre-installed on the bottom side of the Stop Post. Now install the shorter screw in the rear of the rail clamp where the long mounting screw was removed, and thread the long screw back into the stop post threaded hole for safe keeping.

This Picatinny to Arca rail adapter is precision machined from 6061-T6 solid block, measures 3” long x 1.5” wide, hard coat anodized, and weighs in at 3.6 ounces. The fasteners and hardware are made of extreme strength 12.9 automotive grade alloy steel and 304 stainless steel which ensures a lifetime of reliability under heavy stress and abusive shooting environments.
Spring loaded picatinny clamping jaw. This is a great feature on any picatinny device, so you aren’t fumbling around trying to get the jaws all the way open when installing or removing the adapter.
QD Sling Cup on the bottom for attaching a sling when not using the Strata Shooting Sled and also a 1/4-20 and 3,8-16 threaded hole on the bottom for direct tripod attachment. Of course, the Arca rail on the adapter will attach to most shooting tripods.
Integral picatinny recoil lugs ensure rock solid mounting that won’t slip under recoil.
Removable Stop screws on the Arca rail side of the adapter gives you the option to ensure your Strata Shooting Sled won’t slide off the end of the rail when making adjustments, or you can remove the stop screws and have full range of the Arca rail.
